I love the products I have a KM6 and a KM2 plus deluxe but I have had a hard time getting a service response on a issue i have had with the recently purchased KM2 still the products are great.

What I’m missing is the remote control that has number buttons from 0 to 9, which can make it easier to control my TV application.

Mecool have created a brand that would be hard to beat at any level and I am without any doubt that when I upgrade my Mecool KM2 Plus, I will be ordering the Mecool KM2 Plus Deluxe.
