Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty against any quality defects on the android box (from the date of purchase).

2、Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is disassembled or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not valid for a refund.

3、Please kindly understand we only support the return or replacement after it is determined via troubleshooting that your product is faulty and couldn't use normally.

Answer: Hello, if you want to connect Bluetooth speakers with our KP1 projector, please follow the following step:
1,Open the Bluetooth pairing mode from your speaker;
2,Open the Projector, and following the step: setting→→remotes & accessories→→add accessory, find out your device and fill in the password.

Question: What's the suitable aspect ratio?
Answer: It's an auto aspect ratio projector, but most videos are 4:3 or 16:9.

Question: Does this come with a screen?
Answer: No. You need to purchase screen separately.

Question: What's the biggest projection size?
Answer: The biggest projection size is 240".

Question: Can this projector work with PowerPoint?
Answer: Sure, it works very well,so brighten and so clearly.

Question: Does the MECOOL KP1 projector come with a system?
Answer: It comes with a linux system.

Question: Does this projector support dolby digital audio?
Answer: Yes, if your original files including the dolby sound, it can supported, it's a movie projector.

Question: Is this bright enough to use outside during the day?
Answer: It’s possible under a shady tree. However, we do not recommend using it outside during the day, maybe at dusk after the sun sets, but otherwise, this is best used indoors.
