In GTV system,user can search applications on the APPs page. If you would like to enter the Google play Store, Here is the steps: Settings--Apps--See all apps--Show system apps--Google Play Store--Open
An external keyboard can be connected, but the box cannot switch the external keyboard input method, even if the system language is changed.
Connect the box to a power source, use a stick that can fit into the reset hole to press and hold the reset switch for 5 seconds, and wait for the factory reset. Please note: After the factory reset, user data will be cleared.
Shortly press the switch in the Reset Hole to trigger the remote control to re-pair, and then press the switch in the Reset Hole for 5 Secs to trigger the device to factory reset.
