The remote is absolutely fabulous. There are four shortcut buttons available on the MECOOL KM2 for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Google Play. These buttons are truly handy for those who use these apps on a regular basis.
This version of Android TV is more bare-bones which I like more as I don’t use a lot of paid services.

I have startup problems with mecool KM2, when I turn it on it restarts more than 8 times, I would like to know if there is a solution, before and after the last update it always has the problem, I already contacted mecool on Facebook where they told me that "it means there is some problem with the box. Please try factory reset to see if it works. If not, please contact the official website or dealer to perform a return or an exchange" I told them that I have purchased the box since June 2022 and I do not believe there is any longer a warranty, I already followed all the instructions they gave me here, I reset to factory settings https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1de2nvqlr5kggbVQKpEwf-FwDA06QbI_p but the problem persists, then I asked them if there was any way to reinstall the firmware to which I no longer received a response, for that reason I am contacting you to know if it can be solved, thank you in advance for your help
I have used a few of these boxes. Sometimes they are flawless....sometimes they are not. I personally set up a MECOOL KM2 box very recently and after using it for less than two hours it froze up then restarted. After the 3rd restart in ten minutes I restored it to original to return it which I will do soon. That said, 2 other boxes worked flawlessly, one for hours.
