1、Only items that are defective or damaged caused by the product quality and purchased directly from MECOOL online store will be accepted.
2、Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is disassembled or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not valid for a refund.
3、Please kindly understand we only support the return or replacement after it is determined via troubleshooting that your product is faulty and couldn't use normally.
4、Please kindly note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
5、Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Locations: Our main shipping address and return address are located in Shenzhen, China. Now we provide rapid delivery from local warehouse:(It is available for the United States and the particular model of KM2 & KD3)
ETA: Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Usually, it takes 3 to 45 business days for the package to arrive depending on where you live. For local warehouse delivery, the delivery time is around 3 days.
About customs tax
1、For United States & EU countries: The price is tax-include, you do not need to pay the tax. The tax-included policy is not available for additional accessories included with order and remote areas)
2、For other countries: All import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
On September 08, I sent an email to mecool to help check status and received the below response:

We checked the package of your order didn't update since 日期
We are sorry for the long-time waiting and we quite understand that waiting is always something hard to endure.
We have contacted the shipping company to look into the logistics status, it will need time.
Your understanding and patience are much appreciated.
