MECOOL Voice Control Remote For KM7 SE/KT1/KM9 PRO/KM6/KM1/KM3
Tengo la km2 plus, que comenzó a resetearse contínuamente después de más de un año, y aunque el soporte técnico me dijo que probablemente se trataba del hardware, le encendí de nuevo con un adaptadort de más amperaje, funcionó de nuevo y (por suerte) se pudo actualizar automáticamente a Android12 y continúa trabajando bien. También compré el km2 Plus Deluxe mientras consultaba con el soporte y me puse fatal con el tema de los aranceles de Trump y ahora no puede actualizarse a Android12 por lo que todos saben. Por lo demás, mis dos Mecool siguen echando datos pa'alante y a toda máquina. Estoy muy contento con lmbos equipos.
I am very happy about my choice to buy this one. It sure does what you expet to do and more... I love its interface, the speed of It and the cappacity of it. Keep up the good job.

i just bought the mecool km2 plus but it comes with android 11 and when i want to do an auto update nothing happens the system cant find an update. need help cause is an amazing product but i want the last update pls!!
I've purchased several MeCool TV boxes and they've all been great and reliable
I believe this box is the top of the range and it comes up to all expectations
I found it a little more difficult to set up than my previous boxes and was unable to get as loud a volume with this box or get the remote to synch perfectly with my Hisense TV for some reason, but not a major problem
On the plus side, the picture quality is absolutely superb and surpasses that of any of the previous boxes I've tried
Overall, I would highly recommend this box which arrived pretty quickly

I use this for mostly playback from usb sticks and hard drives. I have had no real issues with playback from the file types. It plays AV1 files as well without a hitch. Its glitched a couple of times over 2 months but really no different than the Shield. The remote is okay and I wish it had a faster usb port like 3.0 and up. All in all a good purchase so far.
It is very ready. I have never seen anything like it. Everything is excellent, but I have a simple comment. I hope it will be modified and improved.
1- The response between the remote control and the device is very delayed and slow, even at close range.
2- Google Play Store icon is not available on desktop
3- I wish the remote had numbers.
I used many boxes from other brands, but they were so slow compared to this. Concequently, I conclude that this MECOOL KM2 PLUS TV Box is the best android tv box in the market.
This is something I have been waiting on since October. I received a few weeks ago and it didn’t disappoint. The speed is great and setup was easy. The sound is what you would expect from a soundbar plus you do not get the fluctuations in volume when there is action in the show that you are watching. This replaced my Nividia Shield Pro. So far I am happy with it.
This remote is so much better than the original. Has a lot more knobs, a mouse and is very precise. Reacts really good. Top.
Adapter works well, shopping was easy and there was no problem in the delivery.

I purchased the MECOOL KM 9pro. Easy to set up, works well, no streaming issues with Amazon Prime or Netflix. I pay for both of those subscriptions.
